Xenical is the branded medical name for Orlistat, a clinically proven, prescription-strength weight loss medication designed for adults with a high Body Mass Index (BMI). Unlike alternative treatments that work by suppressing your appetite in the brain, Xenical works locally inside your digestive tract:
Xenical is an effective clinical treatment meant to complement a structured, reduced-calorie lifestyle plan, rather than replace it. It is generally recommended for:
| Medication | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Xenical (branded orlistat) 120mg | 84 Capsules (4 weeks supply) | £00 |
| Xenical (branded orlistat) 120mg | 168 Capsules (8 weeks supply) | £00 |
| Xenical (branded orlistat) 120mg | 252 Capsules (12 weeks supply) | £00 |
To achieve the best results with Xenical capsules, it must be paired with a nutritionally balanced, lower-fat diet and an increase in regular physical activity.

Xenical is the original branded version of the medication, whereas Orlistat is the generic name of the active ingredient. Both contain the exact same medical component (120mg Orlistat) and work in identical ways to block fat absorption.
The standard dose is one 120mg capsule taken with water immediately before, during, or up to one hour after each of your three main daily meals. Do not take more than three capsules a day.
Because Xenical blocks the absorption of some fats, it can also slightly reduce your body's absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (Vitamins A, D, E, and K). Our pharmacist may recommend taking a multivitamin supplement at bedtime at least two hours after your last Xenical dose to ensure your body gets all the nutrients it needs.
The most common side effects are digestive and are directly linked to the fat being blocked. These include oily spotting on underwear, flatulence with discharge, and loose or fatty stools. These effects are usually mild, occur mostly at the beginning of treatment, and can be easily managed by keeping your dietary fat intake within the recommended limits.
No. Xenical is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with chronic malabsorption syndrome, or those with severe liver or gallbladder conditions. Our clinical team on Roman Road will perform a thorough screening before recommending treatment.
